Customer Success Manager
You’ll be responsible for helping clients achieve their desired outcomes through the adoption and practical application of our product and data sets. This is achieved through:
- Proactive relationship building
- Education
- Consultative support
You’ll also assume ownership and management of an Enterprise client portfolio, driving value realisation and supporting growth.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and end users across each account.

Strategy & Consultation
- Consult clients on solving challenges and achieving desired outcomes using GWI tools.
- Develop success plans to drive adoption and track progress toward outcomes.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers to execute.

Usage & Risk Management
- Compile and deliver regular usage reports for accounts.
- Accurately forecast risk with Account Manager and create mitigation strategies.

Project & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with internal teams on custom projects and strategic workshops.
- Voice of the customer, channeling feedback to relevant departments.
