Customer Success Manager

You’ll be responsible for helping clients achieve their desired outcomes through the adoption and practical application of our product and data sets. This is achieved through:

  • Proactive relationship building
  • Education
  • Consultative support

You’ll also assume ownership and management of an Enterprise client portfolio, driving value realisation and supporting growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationships

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and end users across each account.
  • Strategy & Consultation

    • Consult clients on solving challenges and achieving desired outcomes using GWI tools.
    • Develop success plans to drive adoption and track progress toward outcomes.
    • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers to execute.
  • Usage & Risk Management

    • Compile and deliver regular usage reports for accounts.
    • Accurately forecast risk with Account Manager and create mitigation strategies.
  • Project & Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Work with internal teams on custom projects and strategic workshops.
    • Voice of the customer, channeling feedback to relevant departments.
