Customer Success Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Manager based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with customers while helping them maximize the value of a global employment platform.
You will act as a trusted partner for a diverse customer portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, engagement, and long-term success.
The position combines relationship management, problem-solving, and strategic collaboration across multiple teams.

Accountabilities
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, improving adoption, and ensuring customers achieve successful outcomes through the platform and services. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges, identify opportunities, and continuously enhance the customer experience.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of customers, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Monitor customer health, proactively address risks, and manage assigned customer cases.
- Respond to customer requests and provide timely, effective solutions within the customer success scope.
- Conduct enablement sessions, product demonstrations, and escalation calls to support adoption and customer growth.
- Manage customer escalations by collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
- Use customer data and insights to understand needs, advocate for customers, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to scalable customer success processes by sharing ideas, feedback, and solutions.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on improving customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Partner with Sales teams on customer retention strategies, particularly for accounts at risk of churn.
- Collaborate with finance-related teams on payment collection processes for overdue accounts.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to continuously improve customer support and expertise.

Requirements
You are a customer-focused professional with experience managing client relationships and driving success in a technology or SaaS environment. You combine strong communication skills with analytical thinking, organization, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a quota-carrying customer-facing role, preferably within SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven experience managing multiple customer relationships and delivering measurable customer success outcomes.
- Strong ability to manage customer expectations, resolve conflicts, and build trusted partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse customers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for customer advocacy and delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop knowledge of products, industries, and customer needs.
- Bonus: Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Asana, Notion, and Slack.
- Bonus: Experience in HR technology or managing employment practices across multiple countries.
- Reliable home internet connection and ability to work effectively remotely.
