About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help clients maximise value from our financial software suite. Your focus will be on onsite onboarding, training, consultancy, and prolonged support—primarily delivered remotely, with occasional in-person engagements (e.g., industry events).
Ideal candidates love engaging with customers and enjoy training, troubleshooting, and building enduring client relationships. We’re seeking a tech-savvy professional with a mix of customer service, software expertise, and consultative skills, preferably in accountancy, finance, SQL or database domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales & Professional Services to design and deliver customer training, workshops, and consultative sessions.
- Present advanced product features and benefits to customers of all levels, ensuring understanding and adoption.
- Remote consultation & support—including webinars, scripted demos, and one-on-one sessions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide real-world solutions during live sessions.
- Articulate internal product knowledge to the sales team for seamless handover.
- Track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement at ongboarding and post-sale stages.

Requirements & Experience
Essential Soft Skills
- Proven track record in onsite onboarding, customer success, sales support, or training (presales, customer experience).
- Strong ability to communicate complex concepts—grasp technical requirements and simplify solutions for non-technical clients.
- Experience in ** remote no-interpersonal training, workshops, or presentations to diverse audiences.
- Confidence in delivering continuous support and troubleshooting.
- Adaptability to a fully remote and fast-growing company culture.
Technical & Financial Sector Knowledge
- Experience with financial software (e.g., accountancy, tax tools, bookkeeping suites, SQL databases, writing/running scripts in Excel or relational databases).
- Competency in Excel (intermediate-advanced) and understanding of data logic.
- Familiarity with industry events or client engagements (bonus if you have prior involvement in finance or tech conferences).
- Ideally, an accountancy or finance qualification (though professional experience may suffice).
