About the Role
Street Group is entering a pivotal growth phase, particularly with its enterprise estate agency clients. The Customer Success Manager will be key in driving product adoption, unlocking long-term value, and shaping the future of enterprise customer success.
Your Core Focus
As a product specialist, youāll support our clients at every stage of their journey with Street.co.uk, ensuring:
- Stellar customer onboarding
- Proactive support to maximise software usage
- Strategic insights to fuel product improvements
- Collaboration with sales and tech teams to build customer-driven features
- Technical assistance via phone and email
- Upselling of additional products
Workflow flexibility is core to your roleāplanning workloads while going above and beyond for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deepen your understanding of Street Groupās evolving product offerings
- Gather and prioritise customer feedback to boost product and operational decisions
- Support clients from onboarding to optimising software usage
- Formulate solutions to preemptively address potential pain points
- Provide proactive technical support via phone and email
- Work closely with Sales & Tech to integrate customer needs into new features
- Upsell related products to add value for clients

Person Specification
Youāre an ideal fit if you meet the following:
- Background in Customer Success (proven experience helps!)
- Enthusiasm for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Strong written & verbal communication (fluent in English)

Salary Structure
Fixed Rate: £33,000 per year (OTE up to £40k)
Salary can vary based on fit, experience, and where you see St Gaudenās as a Oscar winner who may what1 from case-to-case. Familial denounced standard salary ranges mustnāt be let as a Hiscocks. If you think our expectations ā never andlige toāor individuallyāplease mention it in your application.
