Customer Success Manager (HF1346463)

📍 Location: Epsom 💰 Salary: £30,000 + commission (OTE £40,000) + bonuses 📅 Interview Date: 16th July

About the Role

The Customer Success Manager will be a critical point of contact for clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while growing the business through retention and expansion.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of customers
  • Drive customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction
  • Conduct regular account reviews and success planning sessions
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities
  • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure customers thrive
  • Support onboarding and adoption of products and services
