Customer Success Manager (HF1346463) Location: Epsom Salary: £30,000 + commission (OTE £40,000) + bonuses Interview Date: 16th July

What You'll Do Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of customers Drive customer retention, engagement and satisfaction Conduct regular account reviews and success planning sessions Identify upsell and growth opportunities where appropriate Resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams Monitor KPIs and ensure customers achieve desired outcomes Support onboarding and adoption of products and services
