Customer Success Manager Location: Office based Salary: Up to £30,000 basic, depending on experience, plus incentives Hours: Monday to Friday
We are recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join a growing business in a client-focused role.
This would suit someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making sure clients receive the best possible experience. You do not need to come from a software background, but you will need to be confident, proactive, organised, and commercially aware.
The Role As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they are getting the most from the service. You will build strong relationships, understand each client’s needs, spot opportunities to add value, and work closely with internal teams to make sure clients are well supported. This is a great opportunity for someone who is naturally helpful, switched on, and able to think outside the box to ensure clients have everything they need.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
