Via is supporting a fast-growing HR technology business to recruit a Customer Success Manager to join its expanding commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager who enjoys building long-term customer partnerships, driving account growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of customers from onboarding through to renewal, helping clients maximise the value of the platform while identifying opportunities for growth.

The Role

As Customer Success Manager, you'll become the trusted advisor for your customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience from implementation through to renewal and expansion. Working closely with Sales, Product, Support and Operations, you'll build lasting relationships, proactively manage customer health and play a key role in reducing churn while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships from onboarding through to renewal
  • Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Deliver successful onboarding and implementation for new customers
  • Drive platform adoption and maximise customer engagement
  • Monitor customer health, usage and satisfaction
  • Identify renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews and customer meetings
  • Resolve issues proactively and reduce churn risk
  • Share customer feedback to help shape future product improvements
  • Work closely with Sales, Support and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience

  • Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B environment
  • A passion for building long-term client partnerships
  • A commercial mindset with experience identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Experience working with SaaS, HR technology or recruitment technology is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the recruitment or staffing sector would be advantageous
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing business
