About the Role
The Customer Success Manager will drive new business opportunities and expand our partner and end customer network. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing quotes and closing orders
- Delivering tailored solutions in targeted product sets
- Building strong, strategic relationships with customers and partners

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the partner ecosystem
- Proactively recruit new partners and expand the commercial network
- Execute strategic programs to drive partner engagement and measurable growth
- Align partner and customer solutions with project and business objectives
- Build & maintain trust-based relationships with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Track and report sales performance and program success metrics
- Present exceptional Proof of Execution (POE) for management stakeholder updates
- Stay current on industry trends and Microsoft product developments
