Looking for a role where your relationship-building and problem-solving skills directly shape how much you earn? Do you like helping businesses get real results, and want to be rewarded when they stay and grow? Then read on.
About Cybix
Cybix is a fast-growing AI company. We help businesses reach their goals with AI: not by automating a handful of tasks, but by building the systems that genuinely move the needle for them. Our developers build the technology, from ongoing automation work on retainer to bespoke systems designed from the ground up. Clients stay with us because they feel genuinely looked after, and that is the role we are hiring for.
The opportunity
You own the client relationship from the moment a client signs. The way we work, we go into a business, document how they operate, then scope and build the automations and software that take real work off their plate, and we keep building from there. It is an ongoing relationship, not a one-off product. Your job is to keep that relationship strong, keep the work moving, and keep the client excited about what we are building for them. This is a relationship role with a commercial edge: the better your clients do and the longer they stay, the more you earn. We want someone to grow with the business, so there is genuine room to progress as we scale.
What you'll do
- Be the main point of contact for your clients and build strong relationships quickly
- Get new clients set up properly, which means securing access to their platforms and systems and chasing down everything our team needs to start. This is often the biggest hold-up, so it is on you to drive it and keep it moving
- Run onboarding calls to understand how the client works and gather what our developers need to scope and build
- Run regular check-in calls to keep clients on track and feed any changes back to the team
- Respond to client questions promptly, usually within a day
- Keep projects moving, hold timelines, and make sure nothing drifts
- Gather feedback on what we have built, capture any changes the client wants, and make sure they are genuinely happy with each delivery
- Keep clients updated and excited: show them what has been delivered and what is coming next on their build sheet, and keep them buzzing about the progress
- Handle the difficult conversations, and keep things calm when a client is frustrated or is the hold-up, finding a win-win
- Act as the link between clients and our developers so work lands smoothly and on time
- Spot and close upsells, and bring in referrals, reviews and testimonials
- Keep churn low by retaining and growing every account you hold
- Occasionally visit clients on site where it strengthens the relationship

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
