About OneClickComply
Not every great tech company starts in London. We built OneClickComply in Sunderland with one job to do: make cybersecurity compliance simple for businesses of every size.
Since 2024 we've raised over £2m, partnered with Google, Microsoft, IBM and Amazon, and built a platform that takes ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and SOC 2—processes that usually take months—into something you can achieve in a few clicks.
About the Role
We’re growing the team, and customer success is next.
Our customers come to us to win deals, pass audits, and prove they’re secure. Your job is to get them there, and keep them there.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’ll handle tasks including:
- Own onboarding for new customers and help them reach their first certification fast
- Be the trusted point of contact when customers have questions about controls, policies, or audits
- Drive adoption, renewals, and expansion across the accounts you manage
- Spot churn risks early and take action to mitigate them
- Bridge the gap by bringing customer feedback directly to the product and founding team
Ideal Candidate
You might be perfect if you:
- Have experience in customer success or account management, ideally in SaaS
- Can hold a technical conversation—you don’t need to be an expert yet, but you must be eager to learn cybersecurity and compliance thoroughly
- Are organised, proactive, and genuinely care that customers win
- Communicate clearly and follow through on commitments
- Cybersecurity experience is a plus, not a requirement—if you're sharp and motivated, we’ll help you up-skill.
