About Us

RAMP Global is the engine powering global hiring. We enable companies to source, manage and pay suppliers and contractors across 140+ countries through a single, digital first platform. With a network of 23,000+ talent partners and deep enterprise experience, we help companies move from fragmented talent sourcing, agency and contractor management to fully optimised, data-driven workforce platform.

We work with blue-chip customers including Panasonic, Siemens, Canon, Marriott, SoftwareOne, Strada and AIG, and were recently ranked in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500.

Role Overview

Note this role is office based in central London 4 days per week and NOT suitable for fully remote.

RAMP Global simplifies contract worker management, talent sourcing and vendor management for employers all over the world. We're looking for a hands-on Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with our customers from onboarding through to renewal and growth. This isn't a role for someone used to running a large team from a distance, you'll be driving the work yourself: building relationships, spotting upsell opportunities, and making sure every customer gets real value from our platform. You'll be joining us at a high-impact stage, a great fit for someone who wants genuine ownership of their patch and the autonomy to shape how customer success is done here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our Ideal Person

We will ultimately hire this individual based on a number of core attributes; personality, attitude, drive and organisational skills. We can provide training and support on the key elements of the job, but our ideal person will be a quick learner, naturally highly organised, proactive, and an engaging personality who is able to develop great relationships with their team and clients.

Skills and Desired Experience

  • A genuine people person, someone who builds trust quickly and enjoys the relationship-building side of the job.
  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing sales role.
  • Commercial instinct: comfortable spotting and pursuing growth and renewal opportunities, not just "keeping the lights on".
  • Background in, or strong understanding of, the recruitment / staffing industry.
  • Experience working with a SaaS or HR tech platform, ideally with a global or multi-market customer base.
  • A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, comfortable in a small business where you own outcomes directly rather than delegating them.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills, with the confidence to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a small or scaling business is a plus, you'll thrive on variety and won't expect a large team around you.
