GreenSketch – Customer Success Manager (UK)

Company Overview

GreenSketch is a full-stack, AI-driven solar industry ecosystem platform, transforming how residential solar systems are designed, sold and delivered by Oswal (OSW) group. As the world’s first free, end-to-end solar and battery design platform for solar professionals, it connects homeowners, installers, and leading solar brands with unprecedented speed, intelligence, and transparency.

Key functionalities include rooftop mapping, battery system layouts, instant quotes, and lead generation—all to enhance efficiency across the clean energy industry.

You’ll collaborate with the Regional Lead of Customer Success and cross-functional teams in Product, Marketing, and CS across Europe, Australia, Singapore, and China. The role blends customer success, onboarding, feedback, relationship management, and market expansion—giving you broad impact in scaling both the product and business.

  • Onboard new partners and guide them through seamless platform adoption.
  • Drive engagement and retention by ensuring installers see early ROI and long-term benefits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
