Job Description

Customer Success Onboarding Advisor

Details

  • Location: Spain
  • Department: Customer Success
  • Job Type: Full-time

Description

Behind every booking is a business someone built from scratch. In this role, you will protect that business by helping beauty and wellness professionals unlock the full potential of Booksy from day one. Your primary mission is to get new B2B clients fully operational and winning within their first 30 days.

You will build strong, consultative relationships with entrepreneurs, moving beyond basic tech support to become a trusted advisor who helps them eliminate administrative chaos.

Daily Expectations Include:

  • Delivering expert training sessions that make platform setup seamless for new providers.
  • Reaching out proactively via phone, email, and WhatsApp to keep clients on track for key activation milestones.
  • Troubleshooting implementation challenges confidently while maintaining a "People First" approach.
  • Acting as a core functional expert, helping non-technical business owners understand our ecosystem easily.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • A track record of managing and onboarding B2B clients, preferably within a SaaS, tech, or fast-paced customer success environment.
  • The ability to cut through the noise, spot a customer's true operational pain point, and explain solutions clearly.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills that resonate with independent business owners.
  • Fluency in English (advanced conversational) to coordinate across our international markets.
  • Experience navigating Salesforce or Google Suite to track client health metrics efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
