We are looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy, and customer-focused CS Operations Assistant to join our growing team.
This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Operations, AI, Content, and Technology. You will help manage the creation and maintenance of adaptive learning Knowledge Spaces, transforming existing educational content into engaging learning experiences while ensuring quality, consistency, and successful customer outcomes.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, improving processes, and leveraging technology and AI to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and deployment of adaptive learning Knowledge Spaces.
- Manage content ingestion and content transformation workflows.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high standards.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and drive solutions independently.
- Use data and analytics to monitor quality, progress, and outcomes.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Content, and Technical teams.
- Recommend process improvements and creative solutions to operational challenges.
- Support customer-facing projects and help ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain documentation and operational best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Customer Success Operations.

Ideal Background
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Background in Customer Success, Operations, Technical Support, Implementations, Content Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience working with digital content, technical workflows, or data-driven processes.
- Comfortable working across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and quality is a strong advantage.
