Job Description

#Customer Success Rep II (Life Sciences)

We have an opportunity for a Customer Success Rep II (Life Sciences) to join Honeywell in the UK.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers
  • Addressing their inquiries, concerns, and escalations

In this remote role, you will:

  • Focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Drive revenue growth through sales insights
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Contribute to shaping future product and service offerings
  • Travel ~25% across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe

##Key Responsibilities

  • Build customer relationships through:

    • Regular check-ins
    • Strategic reviews
    • Proactive engagement
  • Develop Customer Success Plans driving:

    • Adoption of our solutions
    • Measurable value
    • Regulatory-aligned outcomes
  • Monitor:

    • Customer health
    • Usage trends
    • Risks
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and renewal forecasts

  • Lead the full renewal cycle by:

    • Presenting ROI analysis
    • Identifying upsell/expansion opportunities
  • Act as the customer advocate, focusing on:

    • Gathering feedback
    • Influencing product improvements
    • Coordinating cross-functional support
  • Manage:

    • Inquiries and escalations
    • Onboarding processes
  • Ensure smooth customer adoption and satisfaction


##Key Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Success / SaaS (preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong record of success in Life Science industry (highly preferred)

  • Ability to:

    • Build and maintain customer relationships
    • Problem-solve effectively
    • Negotiate with partners
