Customer Success Rep II (Life Sciences)
We are looking for a Customer Success Rep II (Life Sciences) to join our team at Honeywell in the UK, focusing on building and maintaining strong customer relationships across our life sciences offerings. You'll act as the principal point of contact for customers, ensuring their success, satisfaction, and alignment with our products/services while driving retention, revenue growth, and upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture customer relationships through:
- Proactive engagement via regular check-ins and strategic reviews
- Development and execution of Customer Success Plans (focusing on adoption, measurable value, and regulatory compliance)
- Monitor and analyze:
- Customer health and engagement metrics
- Usage trends and potential risks
- Ensure accurate CRM (Salesforce) records and renewal forecasts
- Lead the end-to-end renewal cycle:
- Present key ROI metrics to stakeholders
- Identify upsell/expansion opportunities
- Advocate for customers by:
- Gathering insights for product improvements
- Collating feedback and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Handle all customer inquiries, escalations, and onboarding processes to ensure seamless adoption

Requirements
Experience & Education
- Strong background in Customer Success and SaaS, ideally with a Bachelor’s degree in:
- Biology, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field
- Preference for candidates with life sciences industry experience
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and deepen strategic customer relationships
Skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce) and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight)
