We're looking for a Customer Success Representative who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems, and helping livestock producers get the most value from innovative AgTech.
Why this role?
As a Customer Success Representative, you'll partner with livestock producers across the UK and Europe, helping them successfully adopt and maximise the value of the eShepherd platform.
You'll guide customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement, becoming a trusted partner as they integrate virtual fencing into their farming operations. Working closely with our Sales, Product, and Technical teams, you'll help shape the customer experience while contributing to long-term customer success and business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting Customer Success
Guide customers through onboarding and implementation Deliver training and education that builds confidence and capability Support customers as they integrate eShepherd into their operations Monitor engagement and proactively address adoption challenges
Building Strong Relationships
Develop trusted relationships with livestock producers and key stakeholders Act as a primary point of contact throughout the customer journey Help customers achieve their grazing and livestock management objectives Support long-term customer retention and success
Driving Continuous Improvement
Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams Collaborate with Product and Development teams to enhance the customer experience Contribute to best practice adoption across the customer base Develop expertise in virtual fencing and the broader AgTech landscape
What We’re Looking For
We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, but you'll likely bring experience from agriculture, AgTech, customer success, account management or farm advisory environments.
You'll Also Have
Experience managing customer relationships, accounts or client portfolios A genuine interest in agriculture, livestock production or emerging farm technologies Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence delivering training, guidance and support to customers A proactive approach to problem solving and customer outcomes The ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider international team
