About Gallagher & EShepherd

At Gallagher, we create technology that helps farmers improve productivity, sustainability, and profitability.

Through eShepherd, we're changing the future of grazing management with virtual fencing technology that's delivering real results on-farm.

We're looking for a Customer Success Representative who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems, and helping livestock producers get the most value from innovative AgTech.

Why this role?

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll partner with livestock producers across the UK and Europe, helping them successfully adopt and maximise the value of the eShepherd platform.

You'll guide customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement, becoming a trusted partner as they integrate virtual fencing into their farming operations. Working closely with our Sales, Product, and Technical teams, you'll help shape the customer experience while contributing to long-term customer success and business growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
