Help ambitious businesses grow. Grow your career. Grow your earnings.

Franscape is an award-winning SaaS platform built by franchise professionals who couldn't find software capable of supporting growing multi-location businesses, so we built it ourselves. Today, we help businesses streamline operations, improve visibility and scale with confidence, from a single site to global networks.

We've grown through listening to our customers, continually improving our platform, and investing in our people. As Franscape grows, so do the opportunities for our team.

What you'll be doing

This is far more than a customer support role.

You'll become a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them get the very best from Franscape while identifying opportunities to grow their business and ours.

You'll:

  • Lead customer onboarding and deliver engaging online demonstrations.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular customer success reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for additional users, products, training and consultancy.
  • Generate referrals, testimonials and case studies.
  • Work closely with Product and Technical teams to continually improve the customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
