About the Role: Client Activation Specialist (Operations Division)

In the Customer Onboarding team, you’ll serve as the operational backbone for clients during the acquisition pilots phase, ensuring a seamless journey with Malt.

Mission

The Client Activation Specialist ensures the successful and seamless operational launch of new client accounts by:

  • Managing initial company setup.
  • Onboarding hiring managers.
  • Coordinating financing, system integrations.
  • Preparing the account for smooth handover to long-term customer admin teams.

Key Responsibilities ✨

  • Acquisition pilot phase support: Set up companies for Malt’s first staffings/projects, and onboard hiring managers for platform use (AR validation, PO management, renewals).
  • Be fully accountable for the client account setup (continuing throughout the client lifecycle, not just the initial phase).
  • Conduct product demos for clients.
  • Formalize client-specific processes in Notion (knowledge management).
  • Ensure seamless handover to:
    • Global / Enterprise / Public
    • Managed SMB customer administrators.
  • Empower client autonomy byPitching platform benefits, conducting demos to educate clients on independent operations management.
  • Partner with Sales Account Executive (SAE):
    • Build strong collaboration with SAEs.
  • Scale processes:
    • Identify pain points and partner with Business Operations & Product Teams to automate solutions.

About You 🧑‍🚀

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years in Customer Experience Management, Operations, or Account Management, with strong business acumen.
  • Tech Stack: Comfortable in a product-driven, marketplace environment, with full command of CRM tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and conflict resolution techniques.
    • Strengths in managing stakeholders.
  • Operational Mindset:
    • Proven track record in client interviews, product demos, CRM configuration, and process optimization.
  • Languages: Native-level French and English.

  1. First call with Esra (Talent Acquisition Partner):
    • Understand your background, aspirations, and questions (30–45 mins).
  2. Interview with Marion Belhaimer (future manager):
    • Deep dive into your experience + role specifics (45–60 mins).
  3. Home assignment:
    • Evaluate your technical skills (assessed by Marion + a Head of Sales).
  4. Final interview with a C-Level:
    • Discuss Malt’s long-term vision.
