The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Customer Success Support to join our London team. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in customer success.
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our customer ecosystem, supporting clubs, instructors, and equipment partners, while working closely with teams across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external customers
- Manage customer administration across clubs, instructors, and equipment
- Maintain and update accurate data in Salesforce and other systems
- Handle customer queries, cases, agreements, and quotations
- Support reporting and customer insights for the wider team
- Assist with event administration and onboarding activities
- Contribute to customer retention and experience initiatives
- Support new business administration and discovery
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and improve processes
- Build strong product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What Success Looks Like
- Accurate, up-to-date CRM data and reporting
- Customer queries resolved quickly and effectively
- Strong relationships across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and global teams
- Clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders
- A consistent focus on service excellence and continuous improvement
- Being a strong voice of the customer, helping shape better decisions
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and ready to learn:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience using Excel and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working across teams and engaging with customers
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Energy, resilience, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves

Nice To Have
- Experience with Salesforce or Adobe Commerce (Magento)
