About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while navigating the complexities of a fast-moving supply chain?
We’re looking for a Customer Supply Chain Controller to join Pilgrim’s Europe and play a pivotal role in managing customer supply chain performance across a major retail-facing account portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer supply chain, replenishment, demand planning, supply planning, logistics, or retail supply chain who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and influencing outcomes across multiple teams.
You’ll be at the heart of things, working closely with Commercial, Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Customer teams to ensure exceptional service levels, maximise stock availability, and proactively manage risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day customer supply chain activity, ensuring service level targets are achieved
- Build strong relationships with customer supply chain contacts and internal stakeholders
- Monitor orders, forecasts, stock availability, and service performance
- Identify supply chain risks and implement solutions to minimise disruption
- Analyse customer performance data and provide actionable insights
- Lead service reviews and performance discussions with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Commercial teams to optimise supply chain performance
- Support forecasting and demand planning activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and operational efficiency
- Act as the key point of contact for supply chain-related customer queries and escalations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within Customer Supply Chain, Replenishment, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Forecasting, or Retail Operations
- Strong understanding of retail supply chain principles and customer service metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
- Experience interpreting data and turning insights into actions
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator who can influence across functions and challenge constructively
- FMCG, food manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods experience highly desirable
