Scope

We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Customer Supply Chain Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end order fulfilment, working closely with customers, internal teams, and 3PL partners. You’ll play a key role in ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full, acting as the vital link between Commercial and Supply Chain functions. With a strong focus on performance, you’ll manage service metrics, resolve issues quickly, and keep stakeholders informed every step of the way—driving efficiency, improving service, and delivering a great customer experience.

Acting as the key link between Commercial/Customer teams and Supply Chain & Logistics, you will translate customer requirements into clear execution priorities across planning, warehousing, and transport operations. You will take ownership of day-to-day customer service performance, including OTIF, case fill, and order accuracy, while proactively managing any exceptions such as shortages, allocation challenges, booking issues, and transport delays.

You will ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders, coordinating order management and dispatch readiness, and supporting customer-specific requirements such as lead times, order windows, booking compliance, and labelling or pallet specifications. Maintaining accurate customer and order master data will also be key to ensuring smooth system execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This role operates in a food manufacturing environment with regular time on the factory floor and exposure to noise, dust (grain), moving machinery, temperature variation, and manual handling activities. Flexibility is required to support shift teams, critical incidents, shutdowns, trials, and business needs.

Right to work in the UK

In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
