Customer Support Advisor – Annesley, Nottinghamshire
£26,000 – £28,000 + Benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join an exciting business based in Annesley, Nottinghamshire. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key business customers to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers to guarantee a seamless experience
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks as part of customer service operations
- Utilise Excel to create and refine reports on:
- Customer spend
- Profitability
- Growth analysis
- Display strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Meet deadlines and deliver tasks reliably

Required Experience & Skills
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, and databases
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills
- Experience in customer service or support roles, particularly dealing with business clients preferred
- A friendly yet problem-solving personality, with an approachable demeanour
