London Building Control is part of the Bureau Veritas group. They provide a service that ensures construction work complies with UK building regulations. These regulations are designed to make buildings safe, healthy, energy‑efficient, and accessible.

We’re currently looking for a friendly and organised Customer Support Advisor to join our team with an immediate start.

Our ideal candidate will be approachable, professional, and highly organised, with strong time management skills. Previous call centre experince is essential as you'll be dealing with a high volume of calls.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing both email and postal correspondence. You’ll also help maintain accurate records, respond to enquiries, and provide general administrative support to the wider team, ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.

What we're looking for:

Experience working in a call centre with experience dealing with a high volume of calls  Experience with the full Microsoft package including Outlook Able to cope with peak demands and changing priorities and work well in a team Enthusiasm to learn/improve skills Excellent customer and client care service skills Strong IT skills Excellent time management and organisational skills Good communication skills and a confident, friendly and outgoing manner both over the phone and in-person
