We’re expanding our Customer Service team at Concentrix and are on the hunt for team players and go-getters to join us at our bustling Falkirk Site.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, no day is the same. You’ll:

  • Diversify your experience by dealing with, diagnosing, and solving a range of customer issues and queries.
  • Support customers with bills, technical queries, payments, billing problems, and service-related guidance.
  • Guide customers through products or features and help them optimise their use.
  • Achieve and exceed sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Identify sales opportunities through lead generation.

As the first point of contact, you’ll engage in dynamic, diverse conversations, listening to customers’ needs, challenges, and goals, and positively guiding them towards service excellence.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should:

  • Be fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Be flexible to work shifts between 7:45 AM and 9 PM (Monday to Sunday).
  • Have a minimum of 6 months’ continuous customer service experience (even if not listed, we encourage applications—see Can I Apply? below).
  • Commit to 100% training attendance to ensure full role readiness.
  • Embrace technology and have proficient computer and systems navigation skills.
  • Be a natural at interpersonal communication and problem-solving.
