Role Description
The Customer Support Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Wrexham. This role involves responding to customer and installer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. The advisor will resolve issues, guide clients through available services and tools, and support them with account-related questions and finance options.

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Logging and tracking support requests
- Maintaining detailed records in internal systems
- Escalating complex issues when needed

The advisor will collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience and contribute feedback on processes, tools, and communications.
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and deliver consistent, professional Customer Support.
- Experience with direct Customer Contact, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing follow-ups.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for phone, email, and digital channels.
- Capability in Client Counseling, including explaining products, services, and payment options in a clear and supportive manner.
- Attention to detail, accurate data entry, and basic proficiency with customer support or CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Wrexham and manage workload in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in customer service, support, or call center environments is beneficial; experience in home improvement or trade sectors is an advantage.
- GCSEs or equivalent education; further qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
