Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Analyst for a full-time (hybrid) role in our head office in Wimbledon. The individual will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering timely resolutions. The role requires collaboration with other teams to enhance customer experience and contributing to the ongoing development of our client support processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and challenges efficiently
- Experience providing Technical Support to ensure proper functionality and resolution of technical issues
- Focus on maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and timely responses
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with financial technology platforms is a plus
- Prior experience in customer or technical support roles preferred
