Are you passionate about accelerating the UK’s transition to clean energy? Installiio is looking for a driven and organised Customer Support and Administration Assistant to join our growing team. As part of our renewable energy solutions, you’ll provide critical administrative support, ensuring customers experience a smooth, compliant, and confidence-inspiring journey from booking to installation completion.
About the Role
This is a varying and dynamic administrative role supporting multiple functions in Installiio. You’ll help streamline renewable energy installations nationwide by:
- Supporting day-to-day operations
- Coordinating administrative tasks
- Ensuring customer queries are friendly, accurate, and efficient

Responsibilities
🔧 Operations Support
- Maintains and updates all job information systems for accuracy and smooth workflow.
- Prepares and manages installation documentation and records.
- Ensures invoicing processes are precise and up to date.

🎧 Customer Support
- Serves as a friendly, professional point of contact for customers via phone, email, and Intercom.
- Handles and responds to customer enquiries while providing clear installation updates.
- Helps manage customer expectations throughout the booking-to-completion journey.
- Escalates issues appropriately to the Operations Manager when necessary.
📝 Office Administration
- Assists with everyday office support, including:
- Managing calendars, meetings, and general correspondence
- Preparing reports, presentations, and business documents
- Organising and filing company records
- Supporting wider business initiatives and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
We’re seeking a proactive, organised, and team-focused professional with:
- Previous experience in office administration, customer support, or operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, maintaining both professionalism and warmth.
- A positive, self-driven attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bonus point for an interest in renewable energy (though not mandatory).
