The Role: Customer Support Assistant
- Hours: 8:45am – 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday (with one set day off during the week)
- Location: Working in our offices at 288 House, Poole (except for Saturdays which will be remote)
- Salary: £25,848 per year
This role is designed as a stepping stone into our Customer Services Advisor position.

- ⭐ After 6 months, you will progress into a Customer Services Advisor role, where you’ll further develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities.

We’re growing our inbound call centre and looking for individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to doing the right thing for our customers. Even if you haven’t worked in customer service before, we provide full training, ongoing coaching, and supportive guidance to help you succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming Customers: You’ll be the first point of contact, offering a friendly and professional experience.
- Resolving Queries: Handle customer questions and concerns efficiently, aiming for first-time resolution.
- Taking Ownership: See each query through to completion and ensure every customer feels supported.
- Achieving Targets: Work toward clear, achievable service targets.
- Continuous Development: Engage with ongoing coaching and training to support your own growth and progression into the Customer Services Advisor role.
