Customer Support Associate – Series A ClimateTech
£30,000–£35,000 + equity & benefits
Location: London Waterloo
Working Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday in the office
Are you a recent graduate or early in your career and looking to join a fast-growing, mission-led technology business?
We’re partnering confidentially with a Series A ClimateTech company that is helping to decarbonise UK homes. By combining technology, education and a nationwide network of skilled professionals, the business is making low-carbon heating more accessible while improving standards across the industry.
They’re now looking for a bright, emotionally intelligent Customer Support Associate to join their growing team. Previous customer support experience would be helpful, but it isn’t essential—they’re equally interested in high-potential graduates with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
The Role
You’ll support both industry professionals and homeowners, helping them navigate questions and resolve issues throughout their experience with the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
