MULTILINGUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT & CONTENT MODERATION ROLES – SOFIA, BULGARIA
We are currently hiring multilingual professionals for Customer Support Consultant/Advisor and Content Moderation opportunities with leading international companies in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Start Date: Ongoing 2026
Work Model: On-site / Hybrid depending on project

Salary:
EUR 1280 – 2100 gross/month
(Salary depends on language proficiency and role)
Additional Benefits:
Approx. EUR 150 rental allowance per month for the duration of the contract
(Average rent in Bulgaria ranges from approximately EUR 250–400 depending on location)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
Review and moderate online content according to platform policies
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Escalate sensitive or complex cases when necessary
Maintain high quality and productivity standards
Deliver excellent customer experience in a fast-paced international environment

Requirements:
Fluency in one of the required languages
Good English Communication Skills (B2 Preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in an international environment
EU citizenship or valid work authorization or refugee status ONLY
