We're recruiting for a Customer Support Coordinator to join a growing and innovative technology business. ๐ผ The Role
As a Customer Support Coordinator, you'll be the friendly voice and trusted point of contact for customers, helping with product queries, troubleshooting and service requests.
Working closely with technical, project and operational teams, you'll coordinate customer enquiries through to resolution while ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.
This is a varied role where you'll build lasting customer relationships, support onboarding, resolve issues and play an important part in continuously improving the customer journey.

๐ What you'll be doing
- Managing and coordinating customer support tickets
- Providing support and troubleshooting via phone, email and online systems
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Making proactive customer calls to provide support, training and gather feedback
- Working with technical teams to resolve more complex issues
- Supporting customer onboarding and product adoption
- Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
- Coordinating service visits and installations
- Identifying ways to improve customer experience and internal processes
- Supporting training materials and wider business projects
๐ About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy, collaborative environment.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, administration or coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, positive and solution-focused mindset
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- A willingness to learn new products and technology
- A team-focused attitude with a desire to provide outstanding customer service
โฐ Working Hours & Flexibility
This is a 37-hour per week position, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Sunday.
To provide the very best support for customers, the team works a planned rota which includes occasional weekend and bank holiday cover. Rotas are shared well in advance, making it easy to plan your time while ensuring a fair approach across the team.
