The role

We're on the lookout for a friendly, enthusiastic, and driven Customer Support Executive to join Snaptrip’s Customer Operations team! In this role, you'll deliver top-notch customer service while helping our guests turn their holiday dreams into reality.

Here’s What You'll Be Doing

  • Making customers happy: Delivering an amazing experience by helping guests every step of the way.
  • Turning questions into bookings: Listening to what our guests need, recommending the best options, and making those bookings happen.
  • Keeping things running smoothly: Collecting and updating guest information accurately and efficiently.
  • Helping the team win: Supporting your teammates with energy and enthusiasm and being open to feedback so we can all grow together.
  • Being a problem-solver: Using the right tools and processes to give guests accurate, helpful information every time.

This role is perfect if you're passionate about helping people and hitting goals.

You'll work with a fun, supportive team in our lively South Bank office or from home - hybrid options are available.

You'll be working 37.5 hours, across 5 days each week on a shared rota, covering Monday to Sunday, 8.30am to 9.30pm.
