We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Remote Customer Support Executive to join our growing support team. Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with account-related queries and product information.
- Process customer requests and update account information.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams.
- Follow company service standards and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Participate in training and team meetings.
- Suggest improvements to customer support processes.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
