The Role
A customer-facing support role offering exposure beyond traditional helpdesk support
- Investigate software issues, support customers, and troubleshoot technical incidents
- Extensive training and hands-on experience with SQL queries, XML data, software integrations, and data migration
- Work closely with technical teams to solve complex problems and deliver an excellent customer experience

Desired Skills and Experience
- Fluent Polish
- Customer support, technical support or helpdesk experience
- Interest in learning new technical skills - SQL, XML, Software integration, Data migration, SaaS and CRM
