Customer Support Executive
Activ8 Solar Energies are actively seeking a Customer Support Executive to be the frontline of customer support, assisting customers with technical issues related to solar systems. The position would be based here in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan. This is a full-time permanent position inclusive of a competitive salary, pension, healthcare, and additional benefits.

The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of our solar systems. You will guide customers through solutions and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide remote assistance to resolve issues.
- Document all customer interactions and technical issues in our internal ticketing system.
- Work closely with product manufacturers, engineers, and installation teams to resolve on-site technical issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to improve the reliability and functionality of solar products.

Qualifications/Key Skills
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous administrative experience within a construction or electrical company.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Must live within a commutable distance from Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan.
