About The Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to bolster our team in Slough. This role will drive customer engagement, strengthen client relationships, and support the expansion of our human and veterinary business through seamless, end-to-end service.
Collaborating directly with sales teams and customers, you’ll ensure a smooth and efficient experience across the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and deliver timely customer quotations, proposals, and pricing with precision
- Support order processing and reporting, providing comprehensive product/company information
- Proactively manage customer and sales team communications, including order queries, shipping, and logistics
- Maintain CRM system records of customer interactions with accuracy
- Ensure adherence to UK and global regulatory compliance, escalating issues as necessary
- Assist in customer complaints resolution, implementing corrective actions per company protocols
- Act as a key local liaison between regional sales teams and operations
- Support and participate in business meetings and initiatives when required

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE or A-level standard (or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or order processing
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP or Salesforce highly desirable)
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional communication and customer service expertise
- Sharp attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Capable of keeping composure and performing effectively under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Collaborative team player with a cooperative mindset
- Highly organised, with efficient time management

Technical Skills
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior exposure to SAP S/4HANA or Salesforce (preferred)
Role Information
- Salary: £30,000–£34,000
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 35 hours/week
- Location: Office-based in Slough
