About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Slough. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening customer relationships and supporting the growth of our human and veterinary business.

You’ll work closely with sales teams and customers, ensuring a smooth, efficient experience across all stages of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage customer quotations, proposals, and pricing enquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Support order processing, reporting, and provide relevant company and product information to customers
  • Proactively communicate with customers and internal sales teams, handling queries relating to orders, shipments, and logistics
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with UK and global regulatory requirements, escalating issues where necessary
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and supporting corrective actions in line with company procedures
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and act as a key liaison for operational queries
  • Contribute to meetings and wider business activities as required

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE or A-level standard (or equivalent)
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or order processing roles
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP or Salesforce is desirable)
