Customer Support Executive (Remote within the UK)

Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who possesses a passion for customer care and will work with our team of talented Customer Support Executives & colleagues across the business to provide the best possible end-to-end customer experience.


What you can expect to be doing...

  • Dealing with all queries through live chat, email and social media.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and optimising user experience.
  • Reporting bugs and UX issues to other members of the team.
  • Active participation in app growth and development.

What we’re looking for

Flexibility

  • Available to work between 8am to 10pm Monday–Sunday (shift basis, 39 hours per week), including weekends.

Skills & Experience

  • Quick to grasp complex systems
  • Ability to juggle and prioritise tasks effortlessly
  • Composure under pressure
  • Friendly, naturally engaging with a positive can-do attitude
  • Commitment to providing excellent written and verbal customer support
