About the Company
Freetricity Operations Limited is a South-West London based company which manages thousands of solar PV installations around the UK.
Job Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive with prior experience to join our small team.
Requirements
- Requirement is to be office-based 4 days per week. Therefore, we cannot accept any applications from outside of the UK and ideally need the applicant to be local or within 1 hour commute of South-West London.
- Previous experience within the Solar industry would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with other members of staff, subcontractors, and 3rd party suppliers to capture and manage all company data requirements.
- Reviewing site reports from technicians, updating the CRM system with details, and progressing the case.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints (phone calls, e-mails, and letters).
- Responding to general support e-mails.
- Collecting and analyzing data to keep our CRM system up to date.
- Assisting with organizing technicians' diaries.

Required Skills
- Prior administrative experience required (3 years+).
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organization skills.
- Confident and friendly phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills and Experience

- Previous Solar/Renewable Energy knowledge.
Job Details
- Immediate start desired.
- £30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience. Full-time.
