About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Executive to join our Internal Sales Team. The role will be based at our facility at Drumsill Distribution Centre on Moy Road, Armagh with the flexibility to work remotely one day a week from home.

Main Responsibilities
- Customer's first point of contact
- Accountable for the daily management of the customer’s account
- Manage and process Customer Orders- EDI, PW, and Manual
- Monitor customer orders against the Salesforce tracker in line with the business Transport Strategy
- Accountable for ensuring all back orders and or alternative products offered, preferably own brand
- Communicate with the Customer Development Managers, New Business Development Managers, and the Customer Development Executives any relevant customer information
- Process credits and uplifts
- Manage predictive orders in line with the delivery day
- Run Order well in Perito/Snap
- Process Procure Wizard invoicing
- Process Intercompany orders’
- Populate Customer Management information on Salesforce
Skills and Experience

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
Desirable
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service or hospitality environment
- Experience using ERP systems
