About The Role
The Customer Support Representative role at Manpower UK Ltd is a vital position primarily focused on supporting unattended accounts within the field operations. This role is designed for individuals who excel in providing high-quality, proactive customer service to channel partners, end users, and internal teams. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, managing opportunities from initial engagement to post-sale follow-up. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in customer relationship management, sales support processes, and technical product knowledge, all within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Prior experience within the IT industry or a technical environment is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a customer-first mindset. Knowledge of internal processes, legal compliance issues, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and end users, supporting them from initial engagement through to post-sale follow-up, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct End User Verification (EUV) to confirm eligibility, validate pricing, and process deal requests collaboratively with internal teams, channel partners, and end users.
- Maintain high standards of opportunity hygiene within CRM systems, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and regular updates to Account Managers and stakeholders for full visibility.
- Manage end-to-end sales opportunities within Salesforce, including opportunity creation, updates, and linkage to relevant tools or portals, alongside overseeing order processing and data entry for accuracy.
- Address end-user complaints and escalations promptly and professionally, taking proactive follow-up actions to resolve issues and support order management across all product lines.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, facilitate product adoption, and identify opportunities for upselling or additional support.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and account managers to meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring timely resolution and support.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships by understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges, fostering long-term loyalty.
- Support product selection, pricing, order processing, demonstrations, and management of loan equipment in partnership with end users and channel partners.
