Customer Support Representative

ESP Utilities are currently looking to add to their growing team a number of talented people with experience working in Customer Service or Administrator roles.

About the Role

The Customer Support Representative primary role is to take ownership of key administrative activities that support the performance of our Team and help ensure we deliver in line with the SLAs in place.

This role is based in our Leatherhead office, and it is to help with the continued relationships that we have with our customers during the building out of networks.

Role Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone & email.
  • Maintaining and updating records in our core system.
  • Accurately logging all customer interactions.
  • Work alongside the Design engineers to help support day-to-day activities & maintain SLA’s
  • Communicate effectively and be confident at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Taking ownership of service-related issues and handling them in a confident and professional manner.
  • Assisting with preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Handle all enquiries in accordance with legislation, regulations and customer care standards.
  • Provide administrative support to our customers through the asset adoption process.

Skills Needed

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is an advantage.
  • Adaptability and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Experience in checking documents and accuracy of detail.
  • Experience of working in a KPI-driven environment

Our working hours are Monday–Friday 9am – 5pm. The role is based full time in our new Leatherhead office.
