Customer Support Specialist (Hindi-speaking) — Remote | UK-based
About the Role
At Digmarit, we specialise in digital marketing solutions that help businesses grow and engage their target audience across digital platforms. We are seeking a Hindi-speaking Customer Support Specialist based in the United Kingdom to join our international remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, phone, and social media
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues and deliver effective solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly

Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
- Native or fluent Hindi (written and spoken) — mandatory
- English (B2 or higher)
- Confident Excel skills — experience with customer support tools is a plus
