About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them in setting up and managing their job advert feeds through our internal systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Supporting clients with data management
- Ensuring seamless integration of their job postings
- Contributing to testing activities
- Handling client queries
- Providing marketing support
- Engaging in lead generation efforts

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Confidence in using online systems
Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, technical support, or a similar role is essential. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required, along with the ability to follow technical processes, investigate issues, and learn new software quickly. While not mandatory, experience with job feeds, recruitment software, ATS platforms, CRM systems, email marketing, or B2B lead generation would be advantageous. Candidates should be proactive, reliable, and eager to develop their skills within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Providing first-line support to customers
- Assisting them with account management, job feed setup, and resolving technical queries
- Investigating and troubleshooting simple issues
- Communicating solutions clearly
- Escalating complex problems to the technical team when necessary
- Helping manage job advert feeds, ensuring data is imported correctly
- Reviewing reports to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Monitoring customer setups to confirm their operation aligns with expectations
- Performing basic testing and retesting fixes after implementation
- Supporting the sales and marketing teams through research, email campaigns, CRM updates, and social media or advertising activities
- Contributing to testing new products and services
- Engaging in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
