We are currently seeking a Reception Supervisor to join the Front Office Team at Lincoln Plaza London, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton.
As a key member of the Front Office Team, you will support the Reception Manager in supervising the daily operations and ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
The Duties Of Our Reception Supervisor Include:
- Supervising the Front Office Team in welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handling guest enquiries and providing information about the hotel’s services and facilities.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Duty management shifts are an integral part of this role
