About the Role

Opportunity Overview This role involves contributing to project-based AI system testing and evaluation for financial services applications. Tasks include:

  • Designing and evaluating fee inquiry and statement clarification scenarios, ensuring fee accuracy and distinguishing genuine fraud claims from descriptor misinterpretations;
  • Crafting autopause payment scenarios containing deliberate exceptions such as:
    • Incorrect payee details
    • Insufficient funds policies
    • Wrong drafting dates
    • Missing confirmation steps;
  • Developing card replacement and fraud claim scenarios to assess:
    • Urgency of card-block actions
    • Fraud-signal detection
    • Customer intake information accuracy
    • Dispute team handoff quality;
  • Authoring account closure scenarios to test retention offer eligibility criteria and pending-transaction values for timely compliance;
  • Grading responses on:
    • Factual accuracy
    • Conversational tone (empathy, composure under pressure, appropriate register for either voice or chat channels)
    • Clarity, without false promises.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in testing AI interactions within customer service, banking, or financial use cases.
  • Apply rational decision-making to discern what satisfies scope guidelines or compensates under policy featuring financial nuances.
  • Consistently provide input on improving AI response accuracy.
  • Observe urgency and nuance requirements for each digital interactive setting.

Requirement Checklist

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or related domain.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in customer service, banking, retail, or financial services.

Preferable Experience

  • Earlier (same or adjacent) roles in customer-centric support.
  • Background in QA analysis, call-center training, or conversational design.
  • Strong analytical reasoning for policy comprehension and fee structure analysis.
