Customer Support Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer

Mindrift – Project-Based AI Specialist – AI System Testing & Evaluation

Specify English proficiency level (C1+ required)

Mindrift connects specialists with project-based AI opportunities for leading tech companies. Projects focus on testing, evaluating, and improving AI systems, particularly in FINANCIAL SERVICES & CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Participation is temporary and project-based, not permanent employment.


What This Opportunity Involves

Each project includes unique tasks. Contributors may:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and evaluate fee inquiries and statement clarification scenarios:

    • Verify fee amounts match disclosed schedules
    • Distinguish descriptive-mapping questions from real fraud claims
  • Create autopay and payment setup scenarios with deliberate traps:

    • Incorrect payee details
    • Insufficient-funds policy testing
    • Wrong draft dates or missing confirmation steps
  • Build card replacement and fraud claim scenarios to test:

    • Urgency in card-block procedures
    • Fraud-signal recognition
    • Customer intent capture
    • Smooth handoff to dispute teams

What We Look For

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, or Marketing (or related field)
  • 2+ years in:

  • Routing judgment with:
    • A strong grasp of customer servicing scope
    • Ability to interpret fee schedules or policy documents
    • Clear instinct for identifying correct application rules
  • Bonus experience in:
    • QA Analyst, Call-Center Trainer, Conversation Designer
  • Strong written English (Level C1+)
