Customer Support Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer
🔍 Job Opportunity – Project-Based AI Support Specialist (AI System Evaluation & Testing)
We are looking for professionals with a background in customer service, banking, or financial services to participate in project-based AI opportunities, connected to leading tech companies. Roles are freelance, not permanent, focusing on testing, evaluating, and improving AI systems in financial and customer service contexts.
Ⓜ What This Opportunity Involves
Each project involves unique testing and evaluation tasks, including but not limited to:

Fee Inquiry & Fraud Evaluation:
- Design and evaluate fee clarification scenarios
- Verify disclosed fee amounts vs. policy documents
- Differentiate between descriptor-mapping questions and real fraud claims

Payment & Autopay Testing:
- Create scenarios with deliberate errors (e.g., wrong payee, insufficient funds, incorrect draft dates, or bad confirmation steps)
- Stress-test AI response handling

Fraud & Card Replacement Scenarios:
- Test fraud-signal recognition, intake information capture, and urgent card-block scenarios
- Assess clean handoff systems to direct disputes teams

Account Closure & Retention Logic:
- Develop pending-transaction and retention-offer eligibility testing cases
- Test conversational AI policies for refusal communication

- Grading & Quality Assurance:
- Evaluate factual accuracy in AI responses
- Assess tone & empathy, especially under pressure
- Ensure channel-appropriate register (voice vs. chat) with clear communication
🔍 What We Look For
Ideal candidates are professionals with a mix of experience and analytical skills in customer service, banking, or financial services domains—who are open to part-time, short-term projects.
✅ Background fit:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in:
- Finance
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Communications
- Psychology
- Marketing
- or a closely related field
✅ Experience:
- 2+ years in customer service, banking, retail, or financial services
- Current or recent role in customer service/support or banking/financial training
- Experience as a QA analyst, call-center trainer, or conversational designer is a strong plus
✅ Critical Competencies:
- Routine & judgment-based decision-making—able to:
- Read complex fee schedules or policy documents
- Determine scope of service for customer issues
- Apply accurate financial rules to specific cases
- Strong written English: Proficiency at C1+ level
